Today words fall short to express my feelings. I think this last chat with him sums up everything he was! Witty, Clever, one who actually knew Music without playing an instrument, Truly high on LIFE!  His disability was not even the last thing that could remind you of him. And that's one life, worth lived! Last line in the chat irks me, irritates me, I hate it, it fills me with disgust and sorrow, Not because I couldn't meet him before June, I did finally go there today  to meet him but when I reached, he wasn't there, he had tricked me in his usual way, I could imagine him laughing on me from up in the Heavens and saying, "Dudeeee, you fell for that trap? ha ha, gotcha.."

Dedicated to the phenomenon called "Harsh" which will keep inspiring generations for years to come...

N72--- 24th Oct' 2005 to 12th May 2011-- May your soul rest in peace!!

Yeah. Its true. I have lost my buddy.. My Nokia N72. One buddy who was with me through thick and thin during engineering days and even during job for almost 2 years.

Still remember the craze for Nokia N series phones when they were launched and reaction of my friends on seeing the phone.

16k-- that time for N72--- can't even imagine now!

It had made me the the only "camera phone guy" during those days. :)

Also it was a birthday gift to me by my parents.

Lotta memories associated with it.

It clicked some of my most memorable pics till date. With headphones always ON, it always made my 12km ride to college soothing and equally rocking and that too everyday!

 

Anyway.. time for a new phone now .. Suggestions are welcome :)

2nd April 2011, The Day to Remember

Nehru's famous words on 15 Aug 1947 ::
"At the stroke of the midnight hour, when the world sleeps, India will awake to Life and freedom. A moment comes, which comes but rarely in history, when we step out from the old to the new, when an age ends, and when the soul of a nation, long suppressed, finds utterance..... We end today a period of ill fortune, and India discovers herself again."
I feel the same today: 2nd April 2011: 
I know cricket and freedom fights cannot be compared but I'm just talking about the above words. They are so so so apt for tonight. Today I witnessed the same spirit in every Indian out there. Unity, Joy, Ecstasy, Feeling of a Win as if conquered a WAR.
Pune roads were full of people with flags and 'Team India' Tattoos. This was the same scene across the country. Everyone was hugging each other, dancing, clapping, shouting, with people whom they didn't even know. That explains how huge this win is for India. What it means to Indian people. Its one thing that binds together all Indians despite of all the cultural diversity.

The tears of joy in Dhoni's, Yuvi's, Sachin's and Harbhajan's eyes spoke more than words.

This is something huge. This is something they have provided to a cricket crazy nation which celebrates Diwali on an Indian win and in the same way feels agony on a Indian loss.

Also the 22 year long wait for Sachin finally ends.

I feel great today. I feel privileged to have witnessed this day. 
Its one of those days which I'll remember all my Life and will feel proud about having lived it.
And yes, Tonight, No Indian sleeps. क्यों की आज की रात जश्न की रात है !
